Get creative with your maps! This one here is for a baby's first birthday taking place in Bel Air, Ca. It highlights all the fun things to do in the LA area: Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Mann's Chinese Theater, and Downtown. It even points the way to Disneyland in the south and San Francisco in the north. Since the party is at a country club, I've drawn a pair of little spectator shoes which is my favorite part of this map. The family dog denotes the general area of the family's home. What a fun way to commemorate such a special day. And, it goes to show the maps work for more than just weddings, but other events as well. 5.30.2008
