For this couple we gave them two options for the Save the Date text - both in Rook script.

Keep your text simple on the reverse and you're all set!

Real Wedding by Jose Villa

We love Fridays and thought it would be a sweet treat to kickoff the wedding with this Jose Villa stunner. It was such a pleasant surprise when our client popped over these swoon-worthy photos of her wedding and mentioned that famed photog Jose Villa had captured it all.

In addition to the invitation envelopes (not pictured), we worked on the wedding reception for this beautiful Los Angeles wedding and it is so wonderful to see our pieces tied in with the gorgeous wedding design.

We took care of the petal bag tags, "Post a Love Note" sign for the "guestbook", table numbers, menus and tags for all of the dessert buffet yummies!

Congratulations to the bride and groom!

2011 Summer/Spring Issue of The Knot

Engage!10: The Breakers

My sister's wonderful wedding wasn't our only fun October event...I also had the priviledge to attend Engage!10: The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida! Twice yearly the lovely ladies at Engaging Concepts, Rebecca Grinnals, Kathryn Arce and Trisha Hay, put together an outstanding conference for wedding and honeymoon industry professionals. It is consistantly an informative, and fun, event!

We contributed some printed materials including this itinerary and map.

And we were also able to calligraph these beautiful paper products by Chariot (design) and Two Paperdolls (letterpress).

Attendees had the opportunity to hear from industry experts such as Sean Low, Mindy Weiss and Simon T. Bailey speak on various wedding and event planning topics and advice, and we of course got to see tons of new event ideas!

We enjoyed delicious food and the gorgeous beach at The Breakers and also found some time for shopping! The highlight of the conference was definitely the final night gala with a gourmet dinner and dancing with our friends...old and new!

Real Wedding: Hawaii

When something pops in your inbox from the super talented photographer Jose Villa, you just know it's going to be good! And these detail shots of our work from a Hawaii wedding definitely did not disappoint.

We started with the calligraphy for the invitations. These envelopes, and all of the below printed materials, feature our Spencerian script in white ink - such a light and fresh look on the khaki paper!

At the pre-ceremony, guests were greeted with nicely labeled water and iced tea...

...then found their tables for the reception with these charming escort cards!

Finally guests took their seats with these simple yet elegant place cards - how clean is the look of this table setting?!
